TrustWWW uses a variety of tools, including private and public databases, records and information. Additionally, we work with the organization to gather evidence of complaance. Furthermore, we send out scouts to approach the business to valdiate personal interaction metrics.

On the technology front, we manually and meticulously go thorugh source code to report and correct all inconsistencies and items that may impede validation. At this point, organizations will correct or ask us to correct any and all inconsistencies in order to achieve compliance.

Noramlly, organizations will also choose a monitoring option, so that going forward, any changes to these statuses can be corrected if they fall outside of compliance. For example, if an organization's web development team deploys a new section of the website, that is not fully W3 and ADA compliant, we will monitor and alert the organizxation.

The best way to identify this if by clicking on the seal and visiting the organization's profile page. There is will indicate when the last validation check was and reference ongoing for those organizations that have monitored enabled.

We strive to create a fair environment for all parties and offer a place where issues can be resolved.

After a complaint is received, we initiate an investigation about such complaing. We will contact all parties and ask for any supposring evidence to back a claim and insist on a fair resolucion for all parties.

If an organization fails to meet a just and fair standard in dealing with customers and complaints, and fails to arrive at an appropriate resolution, our valdiated website seal may be revoked at that time and will fail to display at the organization's online presence
