Terrible Company. Harassing at Home Locations !
This company has been terrible. Everything is fine as long as you are on auto pay, which I had been for YEARS. One time I started having setbacks and let them know I would be updating my account soon. That's when they started harassing me at my home, prancing around my complex with a Red Envelope with my name on it for everyone to see in an attempt to intimidate and harass me and my family. They never did anything to make it right. I dealt with many other loan companies and this was BY FAR my worst experience out of all of them. These people are borderline LOAN SHARKS. BEWARE
